Before you tour
How far is the building from the airport?+
We sit just outside the Hartsfield-Jackson perimeter, a short drive from the domestic terminal and easy to reach from College Park, East Point, Hapeville and South Fulton. Flight crews, frequent travelers and airport staff make up a healthy slice of the client traffic here.
What is actually included in the weekly rent?+
The suite itself, its built-in fixtures, electricity, water, heating and cooling, trash removal, business internet, shared laundry, break room and restrooms, exterior lighting and lot maintenance, plus daily cleaning of every common area.
Do I keep my own clients and pricing?+
Completely. You run an independent business under your own name — your prices, your service menu, your retail lines, your booking software and your client list. We are your landlord, not your employer.
Can I bring an assistant or an apprentice?+
Yes. Assistants and licensed apprentices are welcome in your suite during your hours. If you outgrow the space, we'll move you into a larger suite as one opens.
What licensing do I need?+
A current Georgia license for your discipline, a business license, and professional liability insurance. We'll walk you through the checklist during your tour so nothing stalls your start date.
Is there a long lock-in?+
No. Month-to-month keeps things flexible, and a 12-month term earns a lower weekly rate. Either way you'll know your total cost before you sign anything.
